We will do our best to return calls as quickly as we can.

If you need technical support or have an issue with your time/weather/temperature system, please contact our Technical Support's Dispatch line at 1-800-331-2085 (or outside the US at 262-542-5600 x 5298).  Please leave a message if your call is not immediately answered. During regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm CDT) there is no charge for support if you have a maintenance contract.
