ETC (Electronic Tele-Communications, Inc.) announced the receipt of orders totaling over $2 million for its Digicept® DNA Module from a leading local exchange carrier. The Digicept® DNA Modules will supply voice announcements and enhanced services such as time and temperature for the carrier’s network. All orders will be shipped in 1998 to meet the carrier’s requirements for Y2K compliance by the end of the year.

"These orders will contribute to a strong fourth quarter, one of ETC’s most profitable in recent history," said Dean Danner, CEO of ETC. "Our success with the Digicept® DNA is due to the product’s modularity and enhanced services that can differentiate a carrier in a highly competitive market."
