• ETC offers Insta-Spares^TM service for Digicept® 2000 systems.
• The Insta-Spares^TM service satisfies our customer's need by shipping hardware to their location within 24 hours of receiving a request, regardless of the day of the week or month of the year. Yes, ETC will ship Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays ... 365 days of the year!
• Once the customer calls ETC's Toll Free 1-800-331-2085 number, an Insta-Spares^TM module will be on its way within 24 hours.
• When the Digicept® 2000 module is received, the customer replaces his module with the spare module, then ships the old module back to ETC within the next 48 hours. (Easy to use return shipping labels and instructions are sent with each module.)
• Customers can also receive a 7% markdown on the purchase of a Digicept® 2000 system when a five year Insta-Spares^TM package is purchased at the time they place their order. (Note: Insta-Spares^TM packages purchased at a later time for an existing system may require an on-site inspection of the system.)
• The Insta-Spares^TM package covers hardware only. For software and application support in addition to the hardware, consider one of ETC's custom maintenance programs.
