The Audichron® Z-10 MCA is perfect
for shorter duration recorded information that must be reliably available to
your customers. Based on the Audichron® Z-10, MCA's flexible design and compact, reliable hardware, the Audichron Multi-Channel Announcer provides the ability to have one message play on all channels or have a different message for each channel. With the easy administration GUI software the system administrator controls the message to channel assignments as well as individual security access. This compact, solid stat system will automatically answer and announce message(s) to a single caller or to multiple callers when using a broadcast port on your switch. Operational modes are on-demand, pulse start, continuous play, or 1-2 full cycles. |

612is a sophisticated announcement system that handles a large volume of incoming calls and makes the communication of repetitive information more accurate, cost-effective, and timely. It offers six minutes of clear, natural-sounding digital voice recordings, enhanced call management information, and a capacity of up to 109 lines that can be answered in a variety of ways. Messenger 612 is available in 6-line or 12-line increments and can be expanded to 108 lines by stacking up to eight 12-line expansion modules. With the remote change feature, the system line capacity is increased by one additional line. Announcements can be changed or updated at any time without interrupting service. A remote change operation allows messages to be updated from remote telephones. Your announcement can be presented automatically to callers, using any one of the following answer modes: Barge In/Repeat, Barge In/One Play, Beginning/One Play, Answer/Hold. |
